For all order-ahead and pickup orders:

• Pickup times are estimates and may vary during busy periods
• Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded for food safety purposes

6. Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.

Because coffee and food-related products are perishable, most purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

However, if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
